To enroll in the NYAA Programme, simply download, print and fill out the enrolment form.

Registration Fees:
Bronze Level: $7, Silver Level: $12, Gold Level: $17

Submit your enrolment form with either a cash payment or cheque payable to: National Youth Achievement Award and submit the form to either your school’s Award Co-ordinator or to the NYAA Council at:
