To register in the NYAA Programme, follow these simple steps:

Download, print and fill out the NYAA enrolment form from this website. Similarly, you can also obtain the NYAA enrolment form from your school’s Award Co-ordinator. |

Pay the registration fee either by cash or through a cheque payable to “National Youth Achievement Award.” |

Registration Fees for each Award level are as follows:
Bronze Level: $7
Silver Level: $12
Gold Level: $17
|

If sending by mail, please DO NOT POST CASH. |

Submit the form to your school’s Award Co-ordinator or to the NYAA Secretariat located at: |

Upon registration, you shall receive a set of Record Book and a Diary, which allows you to start with the NYAA Programme. |
